Steve Rubel, from Edelman and MicroPersuasion.com, on Reputation, Agency Involvement and Wordle

At the recent Third Tuesday gathering in Toronto, Alexa and I had the opportunity to interview Steve Rubel.  Steve is one of the earliest bloggers in the social media space - his MicroPersuasion.com blog is a staple for many digital communicators.  Steve also practices what he preaches as VP Digital for Edelman.

Steve shared his thoughts on Google as a reputation engine (and particularly the impact of Google SearchWiki), how agency folk are starting to stand side-by-side with their clients in talking to customers (the Pepsi Cooler project is the case in point) and how a deceptively-simple tool like Wordle can offer a treasure trove of insight.
