Carolyn Gardner

Since back in the late 1900’s, Gardner has completely immersed herself in the e-space. For eight years she has specialized almost exclusively in email marketing, and over the past year she has expanded her expertise to web personalization and persuasion. This knowledge and passion for the online world are the inspiration for her role as Director of Customer Experience at Sitebrand.

Gardner is also the previous founder and president of cardcommunications, a niche email marketing agency that was acquired by Sitebrand in 2007. Watching the web for what’s hot and what’s not is the fuel that drives her many speaking presentations, blog posts, webinars, podcasts, emails and tweets. But what really appeals to e-marketing newbies and experts from around the world is Gardner’s non-technical, say-it-so-your-grandmother- understands approach to all things “e”.
