
Janice Diner is the VP Strategy & Customer Experience at Syncapse Corp.
She currently works in the emerging area of digital innovation and social technology, helping brands understand, harness and monetize their participation in the social space. Her focus is on creating global business solutions and software that enable brand engagement with consumers across multiple platforms.Janice is a pioneer in brand building on Facebook. Most recently she was nominated and served as a judge for the Cannes Lions 2009 (Promo division)
Janice is currently leading on the global social media platform for such clients as RIM BlackBerry. She has won awards for her work done for the TD Canada Trust, creating their first social media program. She led the creative team that launched Sony Playstation 3 in Canada across multiple media as well as creating their first Canadian web presence. She has also recently worked on consumer engagement through social activation for such brands as Intel, Virgin Music and Hershey.
Janice has over 15 years of experience as a creative director and strategist bringing novel solutions to the areas of social media, promotion and consumer activation for RIM, PlayStation, Unilever, Intel, MasterCard and Nestle. She is a frequent speaker in the area of consumer engagement in social media.
Before she joined Syncapse she held the roles of GM, Creative Director at Sharpe Blackmore Euro RSCG (Social Media), Creative Director at Segal/Interpublic winning best of show winning best in show at the Canadian Association of Promotion Marketing Awards for two consecutive years and Creative Director at Armstrong Partnership.
