Paul Bleier is a Leadership and Talent consultant at Hay Group, a global management consulting firm that works with leaders to transform strategy into reality and to help people and organizations realize their true potential. Paul partners with leaders and their organizations by challenging them to drive business results through people development. He has delivered successful business solutions for a range of private and public sector organizations, including: Caterpillar, MetLife, Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson, Actelion Pharmaceuticals and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. His specialties include instructional design, project coordination, and educating clients and colleagues on the benefits of social media for enterprise.
Paul holds a Master of Science Degree in Training and Development from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology from McMaster University. His current research interests include following enterprises and senior business leaders who leverage computer-mediated communication tools to drive business development and engagement among stakeholders. In his spare time he enjoys managing his stock portfolio as well as putting on his entrepreneurial hat to provide guidance to start-up companies. Paul also enjoys skiing, rollerblading and spending time outdoors with friends and family by the lake in the summer.
