Richard McCann is a Product Management Strategist whose Internet experience stretches back to the Mozilla days. Richard works with organizations to identify their customers’ true needs, and develop feature roadmaps and market strategies that will deliver a solid competitive edge.
Richard co-founded SalesDriver in 1999. From developing the initial versions of the application to later directing product management, Richard has lead SalesDriver to become the leading online incentive solution. In 2001, the Company was sold to Carlson Marketing.
Highlights from Richard's career prior to SalesDriver include consulting at Deloitte & Touche and Compugen Inc. He also founded Electronic Soapbox, an innovative e-zine in the 90’s.
Richard holds a Bachelor's Degree with Double Honors in Economics and Mass Communications, earned at Toronto's York University and lives in the Toronto suburbs with his patient and supportive wife and their quirky but gorgeous son.
